It’s the design presentations for our Speculative project Blood Wedding tomorrow, here is a sneaky peak at the model box. All credit to Hannah Wastnidge who is the new self proclaimed queen of trellis!
After much anticipation I went to see She Stoops to Conquer this evening. I was sitting in the front row and found the experience enchanting. Notable were Sophie Thompson’s Performance as the eccentric and delightfully daft Mrs Hardcastle and John Heffernan’s turn as George Hastings.
Neil Austin’s lighting design was beautifully understated and alongside Mark Thompson’s set provided a wonderful setting for this riotous comedy.
Sweet Smell of Success - Arts Ed
Lighting by Howard Hudson.
Congratulations to Howard for winning an Offie for Best Lighting Design for the second year running! ( for BURLESQUE at Jermyn Street and RAGTIME and THE HIRED MAN both at The Landor)

I went to see The Lion in Winter on Thursday night at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the production, but I wasn’t disappointed. Joanna Lumley was absolutely sensational, I absolutely loved Stephen Brimson Lewis’ set and exquisitely lit by Peter Mumford.
Thanks to Masterclass my ticket only cost me £2!
